The UWG are grassroots sports with a true Olympic feel: thousands of athletes from around 30 nations compete across eleven sports in one of Austria’s most beautiful regions. How registration works
Registration is handled entirely online through our team database. Depending on whether your club has participated before or is joining for the first time, here’s what you need to do:
You have already participated in the UWG
Simply log in here using your existing account and register your teams for the UWG 2027. Your club details are already stored in the system – all you need to do is add your teams for 2027.
You are joining for the first time
First, create an account for your club under “Register New Club”. You can then log in and register your teams. The entire process takes just a few minutes.
Our digital brain – everything in one place
Once your account is set up, you as a coach can manage your teams yourself – from registration right through to kick-off. The database allows you to:
- change the number of participants
- book extras
- add player lists
- view the tournament schedule
- download invoices
- view rooming lists
No need to go back and forth via email or phone – all important information and functions are available in your account at any time. This means that even when managing several teams or dealing with last-minute changes, you can always stay on top of things without having to wait for a response.

A tent city right in the stadium, the Players Party and an opening ceremony featuring a flag parade of all participating nations: the supporting programme takes grassroots sport to an international level.
