Our basic packages
Whatever your budget, whatever your personal preferences, we have the right accommodation for every club.
As a general rule, the earlier a club registers, the more choice it has in terms of accommodation. So please register quickly!
Please note that the number of single rooms depends on hotel capacity and is limited.

The price varies depending on the accommodation category selected. Additional costs are incurred when booking shuttle tickets, side events or other extras.
100% UWG Flair!
UWG Camps
Our UWG camps are extremely popular because they are an inexpensive accommodation option where you can experience the UWG flair 100%.
Each team has its own separate sleeping area with camp beds. You only need to take your sleeping bags and pads with you. Please note that only players and coaches are allowed to stay overnight at the UWG camp.
To avoid misunderstandings, there are a few things to consider in advance:
Our UWG camp has a separate girls’ and boys’ section.
Male participants may not sleep together with female participants in the individual tents.
Each team needs an adult supervisor who sleeps with the team in the tent. With a male team the supervisor can be a woman. For a female team the supervisor must be a woman. Male coaches are not allowed to sleep with a female team.
If no female chaperone is travelling with the team, written confirmation must be obtained from each parent so that the coach can sleep in the tent with the team.
If a female coach cannot sleep in the tent with the male team and if no male supervisor can be found, a written confirmation must be obtained from each parent so that this team can sleep alone in the tent. The trainer is accommodated in another tent nearby.
If delegations arrive with several coaches who expressly do not wish to sleep in a tent with the teams, a surcharge must be paid for their own tent. In this case, coaches can also be combined with coaches from other teams.
Depending on the size of the group, each team must pay a deposit for the camp, which will of course be refunded on check-out if the tent/beds are returned in good condition. The following scale applies: up to 20 persons – € 200,-; up to 40 persons – € 400,-, up to 50 persons – € 500,- in cash.

Maximum fun factor!
Campsite
Our campsites are located in and around Klagenfurt, some of them even directly on the lake! Please bring your own tents, sleeping bags and other equipment.
Our camping package is one of the most popular categories among our participants. This type of accommodation is therefore perfect for the summer and offers maximum fun! As we only have limited capacity on our campsites, please register your team quickly to be accommodated there. There will be an area on our campsites for UWG participants where tents can be pitched. If you are arriving with a caravan, you will need to enquire and book this yourself at the respective campsite once the campsite has been announced.

Guesthouse / B&B
All Bed & Breakfasts have the typical Carinthian charm and are family-run businesses.
Most of our guesthouses are located outside of Klagenfurt and therefore guests should also have their own means of transport for this category of accommodation. The sizes of the guesthouses vary greatly, some can accommodate larger groups, others only a small team. Either way, all guesthouses have the typical Carinthian charm and are family-run businesses with double and multi-bed rooms. Single rooms are sometimes available on request and at an extra charge.
