Our basic packages
Whatever your budget, whatever your personal preferences, we have the right accommodation for every club.
As a general rule, the earlier a club registers, the more choice it has in terms of accommodation. So please register quickly!
Please note that the number of single rooms depends on hotel capacity and is limited.

The price varies depending on the accommodation category selected. Additional costs are incurred when booking shuttle tickets, side events or other extras.
UWG Camp
Our UWG camps are extremely popular because they are an inexpensive accommodation option where you can experience the UWG flair 100%.
Each team has its own separate sleeping area with camp beds. You only need to take your sleeping bags and pads with you. Please note that only players and coaches are allowed to stay overnight at the UWG camp.
To avoid misunderstandings, there are a few things to consider in advance:
Our UWG camp has a separate girls’ and boys’ section.
Male participants may not sleep together with female participants in the individual tents.
Each team needs an adult supervisor who sleeps with the team in the tent. With a male team the supervisor can be a woman. For a female team the supervisor must be a woman. Male coaches are not allowed to sleep with a female team.
If no female chaperone is traveling with the team, a written confirmation from the coach must be obtained from each parent so that they can sleep in the tent with the team.
If a female coach cannot sleep in the tent with the male team and if no male supervisor can be found, a written confirmation must be obtained from each parent so that this team can sleep alone in the tent. The trainer is accommodated in another tent nearby.
If delegations arrive with several coaches who expressly do not wish to sleep in a tent with the teams, a surcharge must be paid for their own tent. In this case, coaches can also be combined with coaches from other teams.
Depending on the size of the group, each team must pay a deposit for the camp, which will of course be refunded on check-out if the tent/beds are returned in good condition. The following scale applies: up to 20 persons – € 200,-; up to 40 persons – € 400,-, up to 50 persons – € 500,- in cash.

Campsite
Our campsite is right at the lake and therefore offers maximum fun factor! You must bring your own tents and sleeping bags.
Camping is one of the most popular categories among our participants. The Klagenfurt campsite is located next to the city’s lido and therefore offers the opportunity to cool off quickly in the Wörthersee. This type of accommodation is therefore perfect for the summer and offers maximum fun!
There will be an area on the campsite for the UWG participants to set up their tents. If you come with a caravan, that’s no problem, just let us know!
Youth hostel
Youth hostels are another very popular type of accommodation and are therefore quickly booked out.
Here you sleep in shared rooms and most of the hostels are not located directly in Klagenfurt. It is therefore an advantage to be mobile on site. If this is not the case, we still offer extra transfers between the accommodation and Players Town.
Please note: as the “small rooms” in the youth hostels are very limited, these are reserved for the trainers/chaperones and cannot be allocated to parents. If parents wish to sleep together with the team in the youth hostel, only shared rooms are available.
Guesthouses
All guesthouses have the typical Carinthian charm and are family-run businesses.
Most of our guesthouses are located outside of Klagenfurt and therefore guests should also have their own means of transportation for this category of accommodation. The sizes of the guesthouses vary greatly, some can accommodate several large groups, others only a small team. Either way, all the guesthouses have the typical Carinthian charm and are family-run businesses with double and multi-bed rooms. Single rooms are available on request.
Hotel Classic
The Hotel Classic category offers good value for money and can be found around Klagenfurt.
In the Hotel Classic category, great hotels await you along the shores of Lake Wörthersee and around Klagenfurt! The owners of the hotels make sure that you feel comfortable and have a great time right from the start!
Hotel Plus
For those who prefer something a little more luxurious, there are of course also the best hotels in the Wörthersee region to choose from.
