A big dream could soon come true for basketball player Noah Kanduth: His first move abroad is imminent! The talented small forward from Carinthia, who made a name for himself at the United World Games last summer, has offers from three high schools in the USA (North Carolina, Georgia and Washington D.C.). At the same time, he is exploring options in Spain, where he has already completed a trial training session.
His current season with SKN St. Pölten has not been without its challenges: An injury, flooding at the performance center and health setbacks slowed him down. However, he was able to network with international coaches at the United World Games – an important step for his future.
Whether he goes to the USA or Spain will be decided by August at the latest. One thing is clear: Kanduth wants to become a professional – college basketball, EuroLeague or even the NBA are his goals.
We are keeping our fingers crossed and are eagerly following his progress!
