Behind the games is the non-profit association UNITED WORLD GAMES. The organizing committee is made up of sports enthusiasts from near and far. Without our volunteers the organization of the event would not be possible!

As part of our volunteer program, you can experience the games behind the scenes and actively participate. An important part of the program is of course the cultural exchange between the international volunteers. Whether as part of our crew, as a staff member at the respective tournament or even as a referee – there are countless opportunities to get involved and put yourself into practice.

OUR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

CREW: As part of the UWG Crew you will work in different areas of the event and get a first-hand impression of the work behind the scenes. Supervising teams, check-in on arrival day, opening ceremony, results service, transportation, etc. – these are just a few of the many areas of activity for the crew.

TOURNAMENT STAFF: You have special experience in one of the 16 sports and want to work directly at the respective tournament? As hall or court managers, writing staff, etc., you are on the front line of the sports competitions and very important to the smooth running of the tournament!

REFEREES: Our referees also play a very important role. If you have the experience and qualifications for this job, please contact us. With us you can gain important international experience!
